These Terms & Conditions govern your use of crostaroma.com.au (this website) and any orders you place with Crosta Roma (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 450 Mona Vale Road, St Ives NSW 2075, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our kitchen is open Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 1:45 pm (Sydney time). Orders placed outside those hours are accepted as pre-orders and will be prepared during the next available service.

This website supports pickup only. If you need delivery, you can find us on Uber Eats — that order is handled by Uber and their terms apply.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
• Prices and menu items may change at any time. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you’ll be charged.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is successful. You’ll see a confirmation page and receive an email receipt.

Because pizza al taglio is made fresh in small trays, individual flavours may sell out during service. If a pizza is marked “Sold out today” on the menu you won’t be able to add it to your order. If something sells out after you’ve paid but before we’ve prepared it, we’ll contact you to arrange a swap or a full refund of the affected item.

• You may cancel an order for a full refund up until we mark it as Preparing in our kitchen.
• Once we’ve started preparing your order, refunds are at our discretion (we can’t always cancel what’s already in the oven).
• If the food is not as described or there’s a genuine quality issue, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Just email us within 24 hours with your order number.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• BENVENUTO15 — 15% off your first order. One use per customer, cannot be combined with other codes, no cash value.
• Birthday coupons (BDAY-…) — single-use, tied to the email they were issued to, valid for 60 days from issue.
• We may cancel a code if we detect fraud or misuse.

Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts (including pistachio), and pork. Even when a pizza does not list an allergen as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee it is free from trace amounts due to shared equipment. If you have a severe allergy, please call us on 0434 547 682 before ordering.

The Crosta Roma name, logo, imagery and site content are our intellectual property. You’re welcome to share photos of your pizza (and please do — tag @crostaroma) but please don’t reproduce our branding without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of NSW.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Effective” date. Changes apply to orders placed on or after that date.
